Dean M. Krutty President
Mr. Krutty is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at FAAC. His responsibilities include defining and implementing corporate processes to ensure quality and promote productivity. He also conducts oversight of all phases of program execution and reporting, and provides marketing and proposal support to business development group.
Kurt A. Flosky
Mr. Flosky coordinates directly with the President regarding the executive direction and monitoring of company performance. His responsibilities include participation on the FAAC Management Team, direct coordination of corporate marketing efforts, and preparation, review, and evaluation of the corporate business plan.
John P. Eisenhardt
Mr. Eisenhardt has spent the last 25 years specifying, designing, and implementing training systems at both the hardware and software level.
He is the principal technical resource in many areas: software architecture, simulation, weapon systems, tactical decision-making and decision-aiding software, system analysis. He manages all FAAC IRAD projects. Mr. Eisenhardt is a System Engineer for the Marine Corps MTVR-TS Operator Driving Simulator and U.S. Army Operator Driving Simulator programs, and is responsible for all aspects of simulator hardware and software design. He is a System Engineer for U.S. Common Driving Trainer (CDT) simulator programs, and is responsible for all aspects of simulator hardware and software design.
Steve Olson
Mr. Olson has been with FAAC since 2000, primarily as a program manager. He
was named Director in 2005 due to his demonstrated abilities developing and
managing productions programs for police, fire, rail, and truck simulators.
His responsibilities include overseeing technical programs, planning,
scheduling, managing the technical effort, and acting as customer liaison.
Prior to his FAAC career, Mr. Olson spent 20 years in the aerospace industry
primarily in flight simulation research and development.
Randal Houston
Mr. Houston provides oversight for all United States Government Department
of Defense contracts at FAAC. His responsibilities include marketing, bid
and proposal efforts, program conduct, program profitability, and staffing.
Mr. Houston also serves as Program Manager for the F-15/F/A-18 Zone
Acquisition Process (ZAP) and the Joint Strike Fighter Airborne Missile
Trajectory Event Modeler (AMTEM) programs. Mr. Houston has been with FAAC
since 1990 and has worked on numerous Military Operations hardware modeling
projects.
Sam Worrell
Mr. Worrell has been the Director of Business Development for FAAC
Incorporated since
1993. He possesses over 30 years experience in the simulation & training
industry, in the roles of Program Manager, Business Development Manager, and
as the author of numerous training-related papers. Mr. Worrell is a former
Naval Aviator, having retired from the Naval Reserves after 26 years of service.
During his naval career he flew tactical aircraft, including the F-9, A-4
and A-6. In the last eight years of his Reserve duty he was in charge of an
intelligence unit supporting various agencies.
