Our clients include military, civilian, and commercial customers. For each, training is critical to their effort to improve operational efficiency and reduce their exposure to risks. Our goal is to support our customers as they develop, maintain, and conduct these critical training programs. We do this by offering the right support solution for each customer.
FAAC Incorporated offers two levels of customer support:

FAAC engineers continually work to improve simulator products. New scenario vehicle models, better functionality, simpler instructor controls, etc. all have become reality as a result of FAAC's continual R&D efforts.
FAAC's Software Upgrade Program enables the customer to receive new releases within version of proprietary software installed on the FAAC simulator as well as discounts for new versions of software.
Extended Hardware Warranty
Over time, hardware components can fail. FAAC's Extended Hardware Warranty is designed to extend the initial one-year warranty into future years. Premium Support and Maintenance Program The Premium Support and Maintenance Program is designed to ensure the maximum up-time for heavy users of simulation-based training solutions, and to ensure that users remain at the leading edge in training capabilities.
