The Leaders in Simulation Training

Our high fidelity simulators provide an unmatched level of realism that immerses users allowing them to experience real-world conditions and events. This level of realism provides maximum learning retention and accurate data for research. These industry-leading simulation tools are combined with our engineers, subject matter experts, and trainers that provide support to our customers. Our support structure is what sets us apart and we pride ourselves in not just providing the tools but the knowledge to leverage them in the most effective way possible.

Visit us at Booth #1159 to the updated LE-1000 POLICE DRIVING SIMULATOR and learn more about our CONTINUUM OF TRAINING.

FAAC’s LE-1000 is an advanced training system developed for Emergency Vehicle Operator training to teach and assess judgment and decision-making skills. A comprehensive training curriculum ensures both instructor and student have the most advanced tools in the industry at their fingertips.

The Continuum of Training system is a “simple to complex” approach to Law Enforcement and First Responder training that maximizes the use of FAAC simulators and tools; resulting in incremental, context-focused student learning. The program is compiled of both scripts and curriculum that reinforce and support each other through a pre-planned “road map” of phases that focus on “Judgment and Decision Making.”

The MILO RANGE CLASSIC system offers the most advanced feature set available for a portable use of force and tactical judgment training system. Based on the same software and technology as the full-featured MILO Range PRO system, the Classic provides fully interactive video scenarios, graphics-based firearms drills and industry-leading features in a compact, all-inclusive design that is easy to transport and set up in less than 20 minutes, in any size training room.

The MILO RANGE REACT! is designed to look and be worn like a standard police body camera. The distraction device can be activated by the instructor at any time during a MILO scenario-based training event.  The device will strobe flash, vibrate and activate a piercing 80-120db alarm, with the purpose of distracting and stressing the trainee so that they can apply problem management techniques to resolve the situation around them. The device is intended to replicate many of the challenges facing law enforcement officers in today’s world, with flashing cellphone cameras, distracting video recording devices, yelling and interference from bystanders, and externally induced stress that can cause officers to make mistakes in judgment and reaction.   The system also comes with a wrist-worn biometric feedback device, which allows the MILO system to track and record the trainee’s heart rate, and then replay that in the debrief in a graph synched to the scenario timeline so the trainee and instructor can see at what points the officers stress level increased.
