Summary
Implements, configures and maintains corporate Information Technology Ecosystem using holistic business approach to maximize technology, productivity and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate network including routers, firewalls, servers, phone system, security system, and other IT systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system and network issues.
- Actively monitor and combat security threats.
- Support on-site and remote employees with computer, phone and network problems.
- Research & recommend new technologies or procedure changes.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Procures IT equipment including computer systems, support systems, network hardware.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures – coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary (done outside of normal business hours).
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
- Oversee Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for DoD requirements.
- Responsible for all documentation related to the system and network including installation and configuration procedures, IT equipment, cybersecurity materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Knowledge/Requirements
- Associate’s degree in computer systems and networks.
- 5+ years of experience in the field or at least 6 years of computer and network systems experience.
- One or more Security-related Certifications (e.g. CCSP, CyberOps, Security+).
- One or more Network-related Certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP).
- Experience managing Active Directory, Windows Servers (2012-2019 preferred).
- Experience supporting users with Windows 10.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance at Secret level.
Preferred
- Experience managing Office 365, Exchange, MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation Range: $90,716 – $102,213 (Based on experience)
