The Triton II Joint Venture (JV), L.L.C. was awarded TSC IV by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). The ceiling value for all the awards under the multiple award contract is $980,000,000 with a period of performance of up-to-nine years.

 

TSC IV is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC) to provide a broad range of training system products, including new training systems, modifications and upgrades to existing training systems, complementary Instructional Systems Development (ISD), and complementary Training Systems Support.

 

The Triton II JV consists of Carley Corporation, FAAC Incorporated, and Cole Engineering Services, Inc.
