Minimum Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math or physics
- Understanding of physics and math concepts
- Basic knowledge of computer programming

SIMULATOR HARDWARE MANAGER
Job Description: The Hardware Manager confers with a Project Manager(s) to understand project scope and execute all hardware related duties. Duties include, but are not limited to: planning, development, manufacturing, logistics and distribution of simulator systems. The Hardware Manager has personnel responsibilities for up to six (6) employees. The Hardware Manager reports to and receives project and daily assignments from the Production Manager.
Prerequisite: Must have 1+ years experience as ‘ad-hoc’ hardware manager.
Soft Skills:
-Must be US citizen
-High school graduate or equivalent
-Ability to perform work in a safe, productive and timely manner
-Ability to perform high-quality work with strong attention to detail
-Team player with strong communication skills
-Ability to keep accurate, organized records
-Willingness to travel up to 50% per month
-Must be able to obtain a US passport
Minimum Technical Skills:
-Must be physically able to lift up to 70#, unassisted
-Must have experience with using basic hand tools
-Must have experience with operating various pneumatic and electric tools
-Must have experience with personal computer systems and CAD software
-Must have basic electricity knowledge
Desired Skills:
-Computer repair and computer network experience
-Familiarity with electronics, electronic devices
-Installing structured cabling systems, premises wiring
-Light metal fabrication experience
-Installing computer software and operating systems
-Chauffeur’s license or CDL with air brake endorsement
