Exciting milestone! We’ve just wrapped production on a brand-new series of situational response training scenarios for #RockRegionMETRO’s frontline transit operators.

These immersive scenarios are designed to sharpen de-escalation techniques and will be integrated directly into their simulator training—empowering operators with tools to stay confident and prepared on the job.
