Virtual training system provides another tool for students at Penn College

Penn College is using a virtual training system to give students another way to build decision-making and communication skills in realistic, high-pressure situations. The system allows learners to engage with scenarios that mirror real-world complexity while maintaining a safe training environment.
“How are you going to handle your customer who’s getting really upset? Or, how are you going to handle that person that’s been in a disaster and they’re really upset, or you’re the emergency manager at a school bus crash, and the parents are going to come up to you and be like, I want my kid. How are you going to talk that back?”
