In accordance with International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) guidelines, MILO’s Healthcare Security and Safety scenarios have been instrumental in meeting the training needs of healthcare security officers charged with protecting citizens in medical settings, as well as situational awareness and safety for all medical personnel. Simulation-based interactive training has several advantages over typical classroom lecture-style training or simply watching a video. With judgment training for hospital security and personnel responsible for healthcare and an extensive library of interactive scenarios, MILO can provide training for healthcare security officers as well as nurses, technicians, administration, reception, doctors, and other clinicians working with populations and individuals in medical crises, domestic circumstances and escalated behaviors.
