We are proud to introduce our exceptional team of MILO instructors, who possess a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in law enforcement. Each instructor has an impressive background, having served their communities before joining MILO. Their extensive expertise and firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by law enforcement professionals make them the perfect mentors to guide you in operating and mastering the MILO Range system.

 

 

David Miner

David Miner is a retired LAPD Detective with an extensive career spanning over 20 years in diverse areas such as patrol, specialized investigative and enforcement units, detective work, and training cadres.

Presently, he resides in Florida alongside his wife and three children, where he continues to inspire and positively impact his community.

 

 

Jay Simpson

Jay Simpson retired from the North Las Vegas Police Department in Las Vegas, Nevada, in February of 2022, following a 20-year career. During his career, Jay demonstrated exceptional expertise as a crisis/hostage negotiator for 14 years. He also served as a field training officer for eight years, sharing his invaluable expertise with new recruits and guiding them on their professional journey.

Since his retirement, Jay has transitioned to a role with MILO, where he continues to contribute to the law enforcement community. Residing in Las Vegas, NV, he remains an active member of the community.
